Regularly schedule classes on Friday morning?
One big group class in the morning. For either 30 or 45 minutes? What time?

Thursday there will only be one morning class. Ashley will be leading a fun Turkey Tabata from 630-715am. There will not be class on Friday (if this changes I will let you know!)

It's Thanksgiving week!
Monday: I've got a stacked lower body & cardio workout planned.
Tue: Ashley with take us through a core burnout
Wed: I'll have a stacked upper body format
Thursday: NO CLASS AT 615! Ashley will be doing a turkey tabata class from 630 - 715am
Friday: no classes! (If this changes I will let you know)
It's Cathy's birthday tomorrow!! And I know how old she'll be!!

Thurs: Core and stability
Fri: Glutes and Quads
Coming right up:
Mon: full body
Tue: lower body
Wed: Cardio HIIT + core burnout
Thur: upper body
Fri: full body + stretch
Class will be lead by Angel Jochman today! Get your booties there, she's got a good one for you today!
I don't know that I'd be setting an alarm for class, but if I was up and there was a class, I'd definitely go.
